Asset and Property Management


Maximizing value through operational management and leasing is our #1 goal. We manage and lease approximately 4,000,000 square feet of retail and office properties in ten states. Our regional presence and quality staff allow us to outperform smaller competitors through sophisticated management and comprehensive financial reporting. Our offices in Tennessee, Mississippi, Florida and Alabama are strategically located to inspect and protect our clients’ investments. Services offered through this division include all aspects of Asset Management and Project/Construction Supervision.

As an AMO accredited firm, our knowledge and experience in development, ownership and investments allow us to truly understand the complexities of operational management. The focus of our management team is not just at the property level but is also on financial and capital requirements. We work with owners and clients to provide them comprehensive and accurate information so that they can understand the “true” position of the property. The Asset and Property Management division operates each property based on each client’s goals and objectives.

From tenant relations to property maintenance, our well-trained and experienced property managers pride themselves in a proactive approach to running the property, working closely with the leasing team to provide maximum assurance that all tenants are renewed or vacant spaces are properly marketed. Lease Administration ensures that all pertinent information is accessible at a moment’s notice and provides consistency and continuity among all departments in our company. We employ an MRI accounting system where vendor and tenant information, insurance status, and all other financial information remain securely stored. This provides the basis from which our property managers generate comprehensive and uniform reporting that can be tailored to our clients’ individual needs.

The senior staff and Principals have extensive experience in development, redevelopment and renovations. As an additional service, our management staff can oversee capital improvement projects, tenant improvements, repairs, and other renovations. Years of experience with contractors and our understanding of building components enhances our ability to get competitive bids, monitor the progress of a project, communicate with the client, and facilitate the terms of the construction contract. Additionally, we can assist clients in any advisory capacity when our transactional experience is needed. We can perform management plans, financial analysis and any other consulting services through fee pricing.
